Nine Marketing Nuggets

We've been busy putting together our second Top Producer Club Program for the last few weeks and haven't had time to post any new articles to our Sales Forum.

Yes, that's a lame excuse but it's the truth.  So here are 9 marketing nuggets provided by Dave Dee, our collaborator in putting together our upcoming Top Producer Club program.

These tips are short and sweet plus they are critical to any successful sales campaign.

1. Sell to people who have the money to afford your product or service.

2. Selling a high priced service will increase your odds of success.

3. Your offer is king. You must put together a killer offer if you want to get results.

4. Your central selling idea should be articulated in the headline of your letter.

5. The best delivery technique for selling is with a well-written sales letter, both online and off.

6. Give away valuable information that your prospects want and need to help you generate a good lead list.

7. Mail responses and promo packages immediately to your leads.  Never delay always exceed expectations.

8. Never try to sell more than one service at a time.  Don't confuse the issue.

9. Don't be creative. Copy what others have used successfully to get rich.  This may sound lazy but it makes sense.  Why reinvent the wheel?  Do you really think you can develop a better concept than the wheel?  Do you have the time to do it?

We're not suggesting that you plagiarize, pirate or directly copy the works of others.  We are suggesting that you follow their concepts and use techniques that have been used successfully in the past.

Follow these tips when putting together your next marketing program.  You'll save a lot of time, effort and frustration enabling you to get your product or service to market that much quicker.
